However it does not have any harmful effects on large animals and birds at recommended dosage levels. Acurocide CB10’s mechanism is due to its cationic nature, whereby and electronic bond is formed with the cell wall, which affects permeability and protein denaturing. Acurocide CB10 controls slime growth on heat exchange surface and inside piping, giving maximum heat exchange capacity. Acurocide CB10 does not corrode metals or damage wood, textile, plastic, rubber, cement, etc.
