Anonic Polyelectrolyte Acurofloc AT124 is an organic based copolymer flocculant’s designed for effectively enhancing the clarification and filtration in sugar process applications in a most economical way. This Anionic Polyelectrolyte Acurofloc AT124 product works in any complex systems where there is a wide fluctuation in the suspended solids due to different effluent characteristics.
Anionic Polyelectrolyte is having an anionic character due to which the suspended impurities present in the effluent in the form of silt, color and suspended solids to form floc .These floc in course of time gets aggregated and settles in the clarifier as sludge resulting in a crystal clear supernatant water. This Anionic Polyelectrolyte product is having a unique nature of working in any pH ranges. Improvement of the effluent color is also observed due to the settling of colored matter.

Acurofloc NL35 non-ionic polyelectrolyte liquid is soluble, and insoluble in organic solvents. It presents high polymer electrolyte characteristics in neutral and alkaline mediums. It is sensitive to salt electrolyte, and can be cross-linked into an insoluble gel with the high chemical price metal ion.

1. Materials used for drilling mud additives, can reduce the friction of the drill bit to extend the service life of drill bits to improve the penetration rate and the footage, reduce the time for drilling the plug, the collapse of effective anti-wells, in addition to thickening the water used in flooding, fracturing fluid and selective water shutoff, for Enhanced Oil Recovery Significant Effect;

Poly Dadmac is a strong liquid cationic radical polymer based coagulant that can used of partial or complete settling of organics, suspended solids and water soluble matters in the waste water through electro-neutralization and bridging adsorption.

Poly Dadmac is a very effective flocculant, decolorant, killing algae and removal of organics. It can partially or completely replace Alum or PAC. It usually enjoys small dosage but can cause big flocs, rapid precipitation and low turbidity residue.

Poly Dadmac is non-toxic, odorless, tasteless and is fit for potable water treatment.

Application and Dosage
When used alone Poly Dadmac should be diluted to the concentration of 0.5%-0.05% (based on solid content).It is adaptable to pH value between 0.5 and 1.4. The dosage is based on the turbidity and the concentration of the water. The most economical dosage is based on the trial. The dosing spot and the mixing velocity should be carefully decided to guarantee that the chemical can be mixed evenly with the other chemicals in the water and the flocs are not broken. Ideally it should be dosed continuously.

Handling measures and precautions
Proper human safety products such as Splash goggles, lab coat, vapor respirator, gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush it with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected.
